Service Description
Description - Touring and training combined! Motorcycling is all about the journey, the open road and the enjoyment of the ride. Just because your are working to improve your riding and skills doesn't mean you have to sacrifice the experience. We understand that you want to develop and we believe the best way to do this is to have a great experience, from arriving to a warm coffee and pre-ride briefing in our purpose built training venue to enjoying the miles of fantastic roads we will travel. This package is designed to provide the best of both worlds, a holiday and escape from modern life and fantastic roads and scenery to enjoy on the ride. Itinerary - Day 1 - Yorkshire Dales National Park Starting from Carnforth, we head East through picturesque villages of North Yorkshire, stopping for lunch at Masham, home of the world famous Theakston and Black Sheep breweries. Returning through the Yorkshire Dales National Park and we'll finish the day in Carnforth, where we will happily recommend hotels in the country or nearby Lancaster. Day 2 - The Lake District and High Passes Again leaving from Carnforth, we will head straight to the Lake District and take in some of the easier, wider, and more flowing roads, practising the skills developed through Day 1. Once we enjoyed lunch in a fantastic country coach house we will head for the high passes, including Hardknott Pass the steepest road in the UK! What's Included - 2 Days tuition on the open roads of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. ERS - Enhanced Rider Scheme Assessment Fantastic routes researched and ridden by our coaches to ensure you maximise your journey Views, memories and photo opportunities to treasure for the future What's NOT included Any accommodation, Meals and Drinks Petrol you use Motorway and other road tolls Motorcycle rental, should you need it (we do have motorcycles available to hire)
